These three elements help to create and hold a sacred
space for those who are ready to de-stress, find inner alignment, carry their intentions forward, and enjoy community.

Ceremony helps us re-member and embody what it means to be truly nourished and healthy on a multitude of levels. As humans, nourishment can come in many forms, but essential ingredients always include the food we consume, our tribe, and the ideas we hold in our minds.

At our Ceremonies, you will experience the nourishment of communing with a small group, healing food (Cacao is not just a 'superfood', it's a heart opening medicine), a variety of guided sound meditations, and the power of creating and holding intention. All of this will be supported by the sacred plant teacher, Cacao, aka raw chocolate.
