Spring is cominggg!! 🕺✨🌱 • Mark your calendars for the 21st because you can bet your bottom dollah I’m having a ceremony for the Spring Equinox! And im very excited to be collaborating with my good friend, and breathwork facilitator Mackenzie!! (@macmurph) • This ceremony will be a beautiful slow evening of dropping in to a shared sacred space together to connect with ourselves and the rhythm of the season. • You can expect to sip cacao, connect with your breath, spend time acknowledging and honoring the beauty of the Earth, a drum meditation, and reflecting with others. • For those wishing for an extended practice you are welcome to stay longer and meditate/pray with me into the night as we honor this special day which shows us a perfect balance of light and dark. • Looking forward to blooming with you ✌️🌱🌀 • #springequinox #ceremony #cacao #balance #union PLEASE NOTE- The Ceremonies held in Harpers Ferry are at our home so you will receive the address upon sign-up.
