The crackling sparks, the smell of the wood, the roasting meat, and the gathering of friends and family ignite meaning and purpose for me.

I feel calm and peaceful.

This is part of my purpose to bring people together in this way.
So we can share ourselves authentically with one another.
So we can know ourselves a little better.
So we can laugh a little more.
So we can let go of the past and enter the present moment.
So we can reconnect with and feast on traditional, nourishing foods. So we can commune with a tribe.
